Email Notifications help Replying Message back to thread in Project Management Software

My Project team love to work or discuss online instead of sitting in room. We mostly discuss through in built feature of chatting or through topic conversion, as it saves lot of time and money. Even if some team member who work remotely feels like working from their office work-stations. Moreover what ever been discussed, worked or finalized, automatically documented. It is so important during conversion with clients that every thing is saved properly. Every one including clients, team members and even Project managers want to save important discussion for future references. It helps in collaboration of team efforts towards the objective and goals.
This is possible through great feature provided in few Project Management Software s. When ever we start out new topic or project we add the member in it. So what ever been discussed through comments will automatically delivered to all members through email notifications. When team member or clients get an email notification that a message has been posted, they can automatically post directly to the thread by just replying to that particular email. This is done by altering the source of the email to fit into a Project Management Software mechanism that posts back to the thread.
That way, the recipient need not reply directly to the email address but replies to the thread. There is then proper tracking of the messages going back and forth (which is the whole purpose of a message thread). This creates a proper task management environment among the team.
Although Logging in and posting is not a big issue for me but clients have habit of hitting the reply button (because it is the convenient thing to do) and emailed directly, breaking out the whole purpose of following the message thread. I could even copy and paste a message reply manually myself each time but it is so time wasting when there are multiple message involved. There is so much you can bother or repeat them to keep posting to the message board but when someone is paying you money to do a project – being discourteous, rude or bothering is the last thing you want to do.Moreover, all the comments get automatically saved in database and can be referred or searched in future.
Doing by this method, it keeps clients comfortable and leaves room for laziness (if they feel it is too much for them to log in to reply each time).
Reply to thread feature has been incorporated in various social networking sites also where sometimes user usually reply without actually log in in the website.
