Very nice, although a little hard to follow sometimes for non-native speakers like me, due to the sheer speed of the narration… :-)
One thing I’m missing, as a complete SCRUM newbie: how are changes = modified requirements = modified backlogs(?) taken into account when the project is underway?

  22. HJPhilippi says:

For me, as a complete SCRUM (and agile…) newbie, I did not receive the message from the video that burndown charts equal SCRUM. I understood that it is a valuable information tool about the actual project progress – not more, not less, one aspect among others (backlogs, sprints, meetings).

  23. jjpendragon says:

PMBoK works pretty well for certain projects.

  24. pedrocp2102 says:

    the video is great.
I’m just ashamed that I tried standart PM methods (like Gantt !) a few months ago,, now Ithat I realized that it doesn’t works AT ALL, I’m glad we do SCRUM.
But, by the way do someone know why scrum’s name is “scrum” anyways?

    Excellent!!!
